RN associate test
Last July, I took an examination for candidates for supervisory boards of companies of the Treasury in the Ministry of State Acts. In the written part (test), I obtained 21 points little than required for the oral part. I did not have a chance for more, due to the fact that it was only then that I realized that the organizer did not inform about the full scope of the thematic exam (a fewer additional laws), and many questions were not on the subject. I do not question the result of the written part, but I feel cheated by the organization, so I made written objections to the MAP, KPRM, NIK and RPO – unsuccessfully. The MAP told me that preparation for the exam was my individual business, and I should know what to do. I consider specified conduct unfair and violating Articles 60 and 61 of the Polish Constitution. I don't want to drop the case due to the fact that the exam cost me $850. Am I right? What else can I do? – Adam Józefiak
