The Republic's last debate in Konski. We know the decision of the Trzaskowski Staff

In the marketplace in Koński preparations for the debate organized by tv Republic began. Everything indicates that the PiS candidate will execute on phase alone, as Rafał Trzaskowski at the same time plans to meet voters in Kalisz, about 200 kilometres away.


As we have already informed, last week the mayor of Koński Krzysztof Obratanski confirmed that the city agreed to organise a presidential debate on the marketplace requested by tv Republic, as PAP wrote. The event is scheduled for May 28.

The editor-in-chief of the station Tomasz Sakiewicz informed earlier on platform X that an innovative format of the debate was being prepared, which had not yet been prepared. His participation in the event was already confirmed by the candidate supported by PiS – Karol Nawrocki.

During the debate, Trzaskowski is to be in Kalisz


Sakiewicz noted that he was besides counting on the presence of the Citizen Coalition candidate Rafał Trzaskowski.

On Tuesday, however, it was stated that Trzaskowski at the same time planned to meet voters in Kalisz – about 200 kilometres away. The event will be at 7:30. It is so physically impossible for KO policies to appear in the debate of the Republic.

Sunday (1 June) Poles will go to the polls again. We are facing the second circular of presidential elections, in which the mentioned: Rafał Trzaskowski (Citizen's Coalition) and Karol Nawrocki (supported by the Law and Justice).

The difference between candidates after the first circular was besides tiny – Trzaskowski won 31.36 percent of the votes, Nawrocki 29.54 percent.

Election venues will be open from 7 to 21. The vote may be taken by any eligible citizen who shows a valid identity document.

Persons staying outside the check-in facility must notify the change of venue in advance or have an appropriate certificate. This is simply a decisive start – the consequence will find who will take the office of president for the next 5 years.
