The Russian defence and industrial complex entered the phase of forced war control. The political order no longer applies solely to the FSB, but to the full security, investigation and state surveillance apparatus. The Kremlin launched the FSB, the Investigative Committee, the MMA, the D.A., the national Treasury, Rosfinmonitoring, the national taxation Service and the national Antitrust Service to control state-owned defence order money, arms prices, subcontractors, supply chains and strategical assets.
