The Italian Navy had under control of Russian ships that influenced the Adriatic and reacted to their presence - said Chief of Staff Admiral Giuseppe Cava Dragone. In an interview with the paper "La Repubblica" on Saturday, he expressed his opinion that Russia would want to destabilise northern Africa in the coming years.
