The issue of same-sex marriages. PiS's motion in the Constitutional Tribunal

A motion from a group of Law and Justice MPs has appeared on the website of the Constitutional Tribunal. They are requesting a declaration of unconstitutionality of the provisions under which the ultimate Administrative Court compelled the civilian registry office to enter a same-sex matrimony contracted abroad into the register.
