The government has accepted: certificates of no criminal evidence under the Kamilka Act according to the fresh rules

The Council of Ministers has adopted a draft amendment to the regulations introduced by the alleged Kamilka Act. The amendment will destruct interpretational doubts regarding the verification of criminal records of persons who are to work with children or execute another activities in relation to them.
