The government declares: we are withdrawing from the amendment that would deprive NGOs of the right to court

The task from the deregulation package numbered UDER32 assumed that social organizations would not have the right to appeal in administrative and judicial proceedings. After protests from NGOs, ministers announced that they had withdrawn from this idea.
