Since the beginning of this year, the German Government has been conducting a wide-ranging "information campaign" on its own assistance to the fighting Ukraine. The declared aid, calculated already at around EUR 14 billion, included aid: not only military aid, not only aid to the Ukrainian State and not only aid that was actually transferred. The effect of this is that the Germans were "advanced" in the assistance rankings for Kiev given at various locations. What does it substance and what should Poland do in this situation?
