The Pollster investigation Institute conducted a poll commissioned by “Super Express” in which he asked Poles about the future of Andrzej Duda after finishing his second word as president of Poland. Respondents were asked, "Should Andrzej Duda join the Law and Justice after his word of office?".

The largest group of respondents selected the answer "I don't know/difficult to say" – as many as 51% of respondents. 13 percent is “decisive” for Andrzej Duda to proceed his political career in the PiS, and 12 percent “more” like this scenario. 15 percent of respondents are "decisive" against the President's return to the party, and 9% "more" would not want Duda to join the Law and Justice.

If only the voters of Law and Justice are considered, the majority are in favour of Andrzej Duda continuing his political career in his native party. 34% of those in favour of the Law and Justice have chosen the answer “yes” and 22 percent have chosen “yes”.

The survey was carried out on 28-29 May 2025 by the CAWI method on a example of 1039 adult Poles.

Duda cited the example of Kwasniewski. He'd consider taking over as Prime Minister.

President Andrzej Duda himself does not regulation out further political activity after the end of his word of office. erstwhile asked about his plans, he recalled the case of Alexander Kwasniewski.

“I have always treated my function in the politics handmaidenly, I have always believed that I service Poland until the last day of my word of office. If it is essential for me to service her in another position, which the erstwhile president can perform, without compromising the dignity of the presidential office and the surrounding, I will surely consider taking it very much," said Duda and added that "after the end of his second word as president Alexander Kwasniewski was presented by the Left as a candidate for Prime Minister".
