The French make it clear: We will not agree to "no disarmament of the Ukrainian army"

This Ukrainian army remains the main safety warrant for its country and so France will not agree to any disarmament of the Ukrainian army - said the Minister of Defence of France Sebastien Lecornu in Paris on Tuesday.
