The Polish Robert Schuman Foundation will arrange for 2 expert meetings to be conducted during the task “School of Representation and Social Participation”, co-financed by the European Funds for Social improvement programme 2021-2027.
Topics of planned meetings: Advocacy at national level. The most crucial regulations and strategy of the legislative process in Poland.
The gathering will be held in Warsaw during the training convention for participants and participants of the project:
- First gathering on 7 March 2025.
- Second gathering on 11 April 2025.
Note: the contracting authority reserves the right to change the time limit after the question has been resolved, in agreement with the contractor.
Duration of each meeting: 2 clock hours.
Both meetings will cover the same subject, but will be conducted for 2 different groups of participants. Number of participants planned: respective people for each meeting.
The Contractor's task will be to:
- Preparation of a substantive gathering on the subject, including the improvement of educational material for participants (e.g. multimedia presentation).
- The aim of these meetings will be to increase the spokes skills of those active in the activities of NGOs.
Criteria for the evaluation of tenders:

- Substantive competence – max. 50%
Cooperation stakeholders are invited to submit offers. To be sent:
- Completed and signed attached tender form.
- Signed attached statement on the absence of conflicts of interest and the non-exclusion of sanctions for Ukraine aggression.
- GDPR clause completed and signed by persons who are listed in the offer as providing training.
