First amendment of the MON budget decision to 2023

Every year, the budget decisions of the Ministry of Defence are regularly amended and their amendments published in the authoritative diary of the MON. In 2023 budget decision No 8/MON was signed and published on 17 February, with the first amendment to it No 16/MON as early as 6 March.
