The EU has not agreed on fresh sanctions against Russia. There's a temporary solution

The EU countries did not agree on Wednesday the 21st package of sanctions against Russia. Due to the hazard of an increase in Russian oil price, it was decided to temporarily frost the existing limit by 23 July", the EU diplomat reported.
