The EC will not leave Ukraine in the cold. Support from Russia or the EU budget

The EU can proceed to support Ukraine against Russia's aggression by utilizing Moscow's money for this intent or by taking out a loan, guaranteed from the EU budget, the European Commission has proposed. The decision will be made by EU leaders in 2 weeks.
