The disputed Constitutional Tribunal ruled on the issue of money for oneself

The Constitutional Tribunal, which is presently being challenged, ruled that the provisions of the budget act for 2025, under which funds for this institution, among others, were reduced, are unconstitutional. These regulations were appealed to the tribunal by president Andrzej Duda.
