

At least 3 preliminary offers were submitted for the acquisition of TVN – Rzeczpospolita writes on Monday. According to the newspaper, it is simply a fund owned by billionaire Michał Solow, a consortium with Virtual Poland and Media For Europe – a group owned by the heirs of Silvio Berlusconi.
The paper recalls that the deadline for submitting preliminary bids to acquisition TVN from Warner Bros. Discovery passed on Friday, January 31.
According to the Republic of Poland, there are at least 3 offers. They were formed by the Solovów fund, listed on the WSE Virtual Poland Holding in the consortium and the Italian group belonging to the heirs of Silvio Berlusconi – Media For Europe, which owns Mediaset. The paper reserves that only the Solovowa spokesperson confirmed the bid.
Of those who have made preliminary offers, only any will pass through JP Morgan's sito and will be invited to further discussions, including the due diligence of TVN," the Republic of Poland emphasizes.
