Event occurred 18 April at the Polish Composers Street in Lublin. 36-year-old Andrij M. rammed the girl, driving a scooter, and then He escaped from the scene.. The Lublin police immediately began searching for the perpetrator.

Officers were checking the recordings of the city's surveillance, which it turned out had registered a man moving on a scooter.
"Finally, the 36-year-old was detained after the findings of police from the Faculty of Offences and Offences in the KMP Road Movement in Lublin.
