The court examined on Monday a request for provisional arrest for Ziobry’s Bitterwho, according to the chair of the Parliamentary peculiar Committee on Pegasus Magdalena MagpiekiHe was going to insist on not relying on a commission.
It's about a loud January 31 communicative erstwhile Ziobro was about to be brought in for questioning by the police. First, the officers couldn't find his whereabouts. It shortly turned out that Ziobro was at the office of the tv Republic, where he gave a live interview. After Ziobro's interview ended around 10:30 p.m. in the police assistant, he went to the Sejm, where the committee of enquiry was to wait for him. The proceeding was scheduled for 10:30 p.m., and at that time Ziobry had not yet been in the Sejm. Nevertheless, he appeared in the village building, although he was a fewer minutes late. As he argued, he was ready to talk to the committee. However, this has already concluded the meeting.
Ziorbro won't be put in custody. Did the Commission make a mistake?
– I think the committee should interview Zbigniew Ziobra at that time. Moreover, Marshal Simon Holovnia besides mentioned this. He argued from the beginning that then the committee should interview Mr Zbigniew Ziobra," said Interia MP Paul Slipper from Poland 2050, originally Deputy Chair of the Pegasus Commission, and present president of the Sejm Justice Committee.
To our question whether he shares the position of the court, which acknowledged at the Monday sitting that the committee could wait for Zbigniew Ziobra, Mr Sliz replies briefly: - Yes.

I respect the court's ruling. I know that the president of the committee has informed me that she will be filing an appeal against this decision. On the another hand, I full admit the decision of the court and would recognise it in any direction – both – he adds.
What should the committee do after Monday? I'm not going to be in the committee's jurisdiction. If the committee considers that it is not essential to call on it, but will lodge only a means of appeal, it will be a decision of the committee made in a democratic way – said Sliz.
Zbigniew Ziobro will not be taken into custody. “This shows something”
Members of the committee have already issued a message on this matter. They admitted that this Monday was not a day of triumph for them, but they were going to decision on. They want to complain about that decision of the court, and at the same time announced the re-call of Ziobra to the committee.
The politicians of the erstwhile Sovereign Poland do not intend to triumph either, due to the fact that they believe that Monday's decision of the court is the only possible solution.
– In this case there were no circumstances indicating that another solution could be applied, says Interii Sebastian KaletaFormer Deputy Minister of Justice. It would be an utmost political detention. And this is about the political issue that took place in the Sejm. The fact that the judge, known for his controversial rulings, did not want to be active shows something. There was a political order to put a political opponent, not under any pretext, but without pretext. Nevertheless, it should be noted that somewhere this dam was made demands to put the opposition in unwarranted detention," he adds.
Sebastian Kaleta: full Compromise of the Commission
Kaleta, on the another hand, spares no bitter words to the committee itself. It's a full disgrace to the pegasus committee. The full Poland saw that they fled Zbigniew Ziobra. The police indicated that they had executed the court's order to bring him in, and we saw that the minister was being held only to avoid gathering him. They should have gone where they wanted to put the minister," says Kaleta.
As we have already written, the president of the committee, Magdalena Magroka, announced that the committee would file a complaint against this decision by the court, which, in turn, the court is to examine within a week.
– They will appeal due to the fact that they are waiting for a justice of a “bodnarist”, a more hardened 1 to execute a political commission. We'll see if it works. Mrs. Magpie clearly likes her own embarrassments very much and pursues others due to the fact that this full committee is 1 large cabaret – Kaleta believes.
