"With disbelief and outrage, I accepted the information about the unsubstantiated suspension by the suspected lawyer General Adam Bodnar of Mr. Prosecutor Michał Ostrowski," stressed president Bogdan Święczkowski in a message published on Tuesday on the Constitutional Court website.
"The suspension (...) is illegal and confirms the conduct in the Republic of Poland of actions of the nature of a systemic coup", added the president of the Constitutional Tribunal.
Therefore, to strengthen his message, he decided make public a announcement of 61 pages of the "state bombing" he made to the prosecution last week.
In the text of the paper Święczkowski refers to the actions of the current power. This includes the refusal to print decisions of the Constitutional Court which the current rulings consider to be an illegal body.
The president of the Constitutional Tribunal besides cites the fact that the decisions of the ruling judges of the Constitutional Tribunal or of the National Judicial Council in this year have not been allocated gold.
All this, according to Świętczkowski, is expected to prove that in fact The coup is taking place.

“I have reviewed these 61 pages of Mr. Święczkowski’s notice, and, to be honest, there is absolutely nothing there to propose that we could last the alleged coup in Poland in the last year — tells Onet. Przemysław Rosati, president of the Chief Bar.
