"Russia is ready to cooperate with Kyiv on a memorandum on a future peace treaty," Vladimir Putin told the media, as quoted by the TASS agency.
As he said, it is about "defining a number of issues – specified as, for example, the principles of a possible peace agreement, including the anticipation of a ceasefire for a certain period of time if appropriate arrangements are reached".
