The Constitutional Tribunal unanimously ruled that the objectives and activities of the Communist organization of Poland, which has been operating since 2002, are incompatible with the Constitution of the Republic of Poland. This decision automatically leads to the illegalisation of the group. The TK considered that the Polish legal order does not tolerate parties glorifying Communist regimes, liable for the deaths of millions. The conviction came after the request of president Karol Nawrocki.
