Press conference at the Confederation's Parliamentary Club on draft laws that the Confederation will submit at the first session of the 10th Parliament.
Krzysztof Bosak:
– This is the solemn day of the first session of the Sejm. It's besides a solemn day for the Confederacy. 18. Members of the Confederate appointed what 1.5 million voters voted for, that is, we established a parliamentary club!
Full rights in Parliament's debate, the right to table our own draft laws that we will be utilizing today. The right besides to delegate its candidate to the Bureau. We're looking forward to an breathtaking vote tonight.
And above all, we chose the Bureau of our Club. The president of our Club is Dr Stanisław Tyszka – Nowa Nadzieja. The Bureau besides represents the another 2 coalition parties. Vice-Chairman of the Włodzimierz Skalik Club [Confederation of the Polish Crown], which has worked well so far as manager of our office, entrepreneur, and since present besides MP of the Confederation. And second Vice-President Michał Wawer, the legal advisor, the pillar of our legislative base in the erstwhile parliamentary term, as of today, too. And invariably the treasurer of the Confederate, the politician of the National Movement. With this three-man bureau, we're starting work.

– We are pleased to represent 1.5 million citizens in the 10th Parliament who voted for the Confederation. present is the first session of the Sejm. present we make vows, choose a marshal, choose the Bureau of the Sejm. On the another hand, we do not fall asleep in ash and come from the first day to work representing our constituents. Representing those who have been most deprived in fresh years. Those who are preyed on high, complicated taxes.
– present we submit the first 2 drafts of the Confederate Members' Club Act. This is simply a bill on the amount of tax-free PIT of PLN 60 1000 and the Act on voluntary ZUS for entrepreneurs.
I would like to point out that these are the demands that the Confederation has presented for many years. They were captured in the electoral campaign, respectively, by the Civic Platform and the 3rd Road. The Citizens' Platform promised citizens 60 1000 PLN of the tax-free amount. The 3rd Way of Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz and Simon Holownia promised voluntary ZUS for entrepreneurs.
We can see that, unfortunately, they are already starting to retreat cancer from these promises. The Confederacy will be in opposition, we will look at the ruling hands. We'll make certain they keep their promises.
So that the people the Confederate represents, whether they are workers or entrepreneurs, are not further looted than they are high, complicated taxes, and later this money is spent on electoral bribes. We're opposed to publishing. We're in favour of people getting rich with their own work, so they can keep more in their pockets. And to make politicians little determined what taxpayers' money is spent on.
Therefore, present we are making the first 2 draft laws and we hope that in the fresh Sejm, unlike the Sejm of the erstwhile term, our projects will not be blocked as they were. They won't be thrown into the Parliament Marshal's freezer. And this is simply a immense test. This is simply a test for fresh power: whether it will be power, as they advertise themselves, indeed democratic and law-abiding.
