On Wednesday (12.04.2023) associate Krzysztof Bosak called for an enquiry committee to be set up in the case of imports of grain into Ukraine. – All indications are that the government has been pushing the customs services to retreat from these controls. Without any control of standards, under the invented word of method grain, it is unknown how many millions of tons of grain do not know what quality Bosak said.

The Confederate MP explained that the intent of the committee would be to explain who made the decision to suspend the control; to find whether it is actual that Ukrainian cereals are now imported into Poland as industrial clean; to find who wanted to deceive the public about the existence of alleged transport corridors and expected construction of silos and grain terminals; to explain who made the decision to deceive farmers that they would sale their cereals more expensively.

At a press conference in the Parliament, Mr Bosak explained that the committee of enquiry is needed due to the fact that "we do not believe that the prosecution under Minister Ziobrze will explain any of these things". He besides stressed that although the EU Regulation abolished customs duties on Ukrainian grain, it did not abolish the work to examine its quality. – The fact that the Polish government pressured his services not to control the influx of agricultural crops from Ukraine is simply a violation of the law in our opinion said Bosak.

Stanisław Tyszka pointed out that we are dealing with unfair competition, due to the fact that Ukrainian cereals do not gotta meet the stringent standards imposed on our agriculture by EU regulations. He besides stressed that it was essential to check whether the deficiency of control of the Ukrainian grain imported into Poland was not a deliberate action, and whether the companies that lobbyed among the politicians of Law and Justice for making it look like this. – This is simply a question only the committee of enquiry can answer said the Confederate Member.

Tyszek besides pointed out that it was not just the importation of Ukrainian grain. – We are besides dealing with an influx of poultry and inferior quality eggs – he said. – In a minute we will have a problem with the influx of fruit from the Ukrainian market – he added. And who uses the Ukrainian website? – This is not about Ukrainian farmers, but mostly about global corporations – stressed Tyszek.
