The case of Marcin Romanowski. The court decided on the appeal filed by the defence lawyer of the MP who fled to Hungary

The Warsaw territory court dismissed the appeal of the defence of PiS MP Marcin Romanowski against the decision to arrest him. It besides dismissed the defense's motion to exclude 1 of the judges. The court's decision was announced by prosecutor Bartosz Grabowski and the lawyer for the erstwhile deputy head of the Ministry of Justice Bartosz Lewandowski.
