The construction in the rocket defence base of Aegis Ashore in Redzikov was completed and will begin to function this year - stated the manager of the Anti-missile defence Agency (MDA) Vice Admiral John Hill on Monday. He repeated that the strategy is not designed to defend against rockets from Russia.
