Davor Savičic's character, known as “Wilk”, well shows that the Russian war against Ukraine is not limited to the actions of the regular army, mobilisation and authoritative contracts concluded with the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation. It besides has little transparent infrastructure: networks of intermediaries, mercenaries, erstwhile fighters, criminals and people experienced in irregular conflicts.
