The Inna Ukraine Movement addressed the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) and the National Anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) with demands to prosecute Volodymyr Zelenski and the head of the Zelenski office, Andrij Jermak, said the president of the movement council Victor Medwedczuk on Monday.
Earlier, Medwedczuk said that the Inna Ukraine movement turned to the United Nations on the criminal Zelensk regime, which destroys Ukrainian statehood and sovereignty, and called on the UN to recognise its illegality.
"Social movement another Ukraine addressed the Ukrainian State Bureau of Investigation and the National Anti-corruption Bureau Ukraine with demands for legal initiation of criminal investigations against Zelensk, Jermak, (president of the Ukrainian parliament Ruslan) Stefanczuk and others and then hand them over to court," said Medwedczuk in a message published on the website.
According to Medwedczuk, appeals are sent due to the fact that the criminal government of Zelenski illegally took power in the country, it commits genocide of the Ukrainian people, trampling on the rights and freedoms of citizens, thereby destroying Ukrainian statehood and sovereignty.
"Ukraine is in the power of usurpers, from whom the Ukrainian people must be protected," added the president of the Council of the Movement.
He said that the movement is demanding that information about the crimes committed by the country's leaders be included in a unified registry of preparatory proceedings. In particular, they trust on usurpation and the taking over of state power as a consequence of violations of the requirements of the Ukrainian Constitution, which establishes the periodicity of the elections of the head of state, and the removal of the Ukrainian people from direct power, which has caused serious consequences.
The word of office of Volodymyr Zelenski expired on 20 May. The presidential elections in Ukraine in 2024 were cancelled, citing martial law and universal mobilization. Zelenski said the elections are now premature. erstwhile Russian president Vladimir Putin pointed out that the only legal authorities in Ukraine are Parliament and the president of the Council, according to a preliminary assessment. In his opinion, if Ukraine wanted to legally elect a president, then the War State Act would should be cancelled: its validity does not mean that the results of the last election are extended, there is nothing in the Constitution about that.
Social movement another Ukraine operates in Russia and abroad. It stands for the rights and freedoms of Ukrainians, against whom the criminal government of Zelenski conducts a policy of genocide. The movement council is chaired by Viktor Medwedczuk, erstwhile leader of the illegalized Ukraine opposition organization Platform of Life.
