Test flight of China's largest unmanned cargo
In the first days of August, a test flight of the Chinese unmanned transport aircraft was conducted. The device was designed, constructed and manufactured exclusively based on Chinese resources and potentials. The two-engined unmanned transport aircraft independently launched from FengMing Tonghang Airport (chin. 凤鸣通航机场) in ZiGong (chin. 自贡) in Sichuan state (chin. 四川), ascended into the air, made respective maneuvers in the air and after about 20 minutes landed on the runway from which he embarked on the journey.
The aircraft developed by Sichuan Tengden Sci-tech Innovation Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese company dealing with the research, production and usage of intelligent aircraft, has a wingspan of 16.1 metres, a tallness of 4.6 metres, a cargo chamber of 12 cubic meters, where cargo of up to 2 tonnes can be placed. It is presently the largest unmanned civilian transport in China.
The aircraft has easy loading and unloading functions, a advanced level of reliability and safety and a advanced level of intelligence. It is expected to supply support for the extension of cargo air transport scenarios and the creation of a fresh kind of intelligent logistics under the alleged Low-High Economy.

"Baltic improvement Index of Xinhua global Shipping Center 2024" is the consequence of the joint work of China economical Information Service of Xinhua News Agency (chin. 新华社中国经济信息社) and Baltic Exchange. It was first published in 2014. The index assesses 3 main aspects, namely:
- port conditions,
- shipping services and
- a comprehensive environment.
It besides takes into account all cargo operated by a port (mass, container and other), the quality of loading and unloading, logistics in and around the port, financial support for shipping, etc.
