Terrorism moved to Africa

Terrorism is inactive associated with the mediate East. However, the data show that its planet center moved to the African Sahel. It is there that more than half of the victims of terrorist attacks are killed today, while the West focuses attention elsewhere and Russia strengthens its influence.
