Volodymyr Zelenski said that in possible peace talks he was willing to offer Russia an exchange of territories and return part of the Kursk circuit. The words of the president of Ukraine were answered by the spokesperson for the Kremlin Dmitri Pieskov. "Russia will never address the issue of the exchange of its territories," he said.
