The full evil device was prepared to attack JP2. Fortunately, Poles reacted wisely. The National Marches and prayer vigils showed this strongly. John Paul II paid for freedom with his full life - said Archbishop Marek Jędraszewski in Wadowice on Sunday afternoon. He paid himself for the freedom of Poland, especially erstwhile he was filled with the awareness that so many of his fellow countrymen did not want to build the freedom of the country on the principles of the Decalogue," he said.
On the 18th anniversary of John Paul II's death throughout the country there were thanks marches for the pontificate of Pope Pole. The inhabitants of the land of possessors! On 2 April 2023, at 9 p.m., they met at a prayer vigil around the monument of St John Paul II, at Świdnicka Street in Dzierżoniów. In this way they expressed their allegiance to the teachings and values preached by St John Paul, which are close to each of us as building our Polish identity. We showed our concern for preserving the memorable and good name of the large Pole and the Holy Pope.
In the program of the vigil: The Jasna Góra Appeal, a joint singing, a message by Piotr Pieszczoch ORP, a rosary prayer, a proceeding of the words of St John Paul II and a singing of "Barka".
Several 100 residents of the region gathered before the monument, who remembered those days and were reliving them this evening. In this way, the younger Poles passed on their experiences with these highly touching moments of gathering with the Pope. In June 1979, in spite of the communist authorities, crowds of believers went out into the streets and greeted their Pope. And the words of the Holy Father at this hard time gave us hope and faith. - I'm sorry. I, the boy of the Polish land, and at the same time I – John Paul II, Pope – cry out from all the depths of this Millennium, cry out on the eve of the feast of exile, cry out with you all: Let your Spirit come down, let your Spirit come down, and renew the face of the earth, this earth – said John Paul II.
Saint John Paul II You were with us! We're with you! - 02.04.2023. Message of prayer vigil:
"Let Jesus Christ be buried!
On 3 June 1991, during another pilgrimage to Poland in a homily at the airport in Masłów close Kielce St. John Paul II the large said: Maybe that's why I say what I say due to the fact that this is my mother's land. This is my mother's country. These are my brothers and sisters! And understand, all of you who are reckless about these things, realize that these matters cannot be of no interest to me, must not hurt me...
In fresh weeks we have been dealing with an unprecedented attack on Pope John Paul II. The 50+ generation, which includes most of us gathered through this monument, remembers our Pope perfectly, and any of us met him straight during His pilgrimage to the Homeland erstwhile he visited Wrocław and Legnica twice. We all know what values the Holy Father preached and what merit he has for us and our Homeland. We besides remember erstwhile he lived and worked. These were times of deep communion and the fighting of the then authorities with the Catholic Church. erstwhile John Paul II was alive, he was greeted by large crowds of fellow countrymen, now he is hunted. We believe that there is no reason for defamation, and in no way does He deserve it. For us believers, this is simply a very hard situation, we have been put to a large test and we must pass this hard exam. present we must stand together again and express our gratitude to the Polish Pope for waking up the nation. We stand here in front of the monument of John Paul II in order to powerfully repeat the words of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński – boy POSSUMUS – we will not let specified shameful treatment of our Pope!
The life of the Pope and his teaching is simply a large and irrefutable value for all Poles. We are here to express our opposition to the expanding attempts to discredit John Paul II. present we stand up for His holiness, we must honour our pledge and commitments which the Pope has left us. We must not let the fresh attempts to undermine authority and trust in him, put him in a bad light by citing incredible sources and manipulating facts. one more time we want to emphasize strongly, for us gathered here John Paul II will stay the Great, he will stay the Holy One. We can't let them insult us. It marks us by undermining our values, by the authority we respect, by questioning the fact we believe in, by trampling on our holiness. We're not going to let that happen. present we stand here together in defence of the Polish Pope, we request to show that we are not a minority, and our strong voice will be heard throughout Poland - boy POSSUMUS - we do not agree. John Paul II is our identity, foundation and binder. This light of freedom, and those who effort to extinguish this flame will meet with a bright and hard NO!
In many of his homilys, the Pope emphasized the importance of common trust, and this trust must be based on the fact that 1 centimeter by centimeter, day by day build trust. How prophetic were these words we see present after 40 years of their speech, erstwhile we gotta defend the fact which the Pope preached, due to the fact that there are environments that at all costs want to shout this fact by attacking churches and priests, interrupting and disrupting the Mass. After all, Polish law ensures freedom of religion and religion for everyone. We thank everyone gathered here, who with large courage and firmness want to defend the good name of Saint John Paul II. Let us pray for the intercession of our Pope for our national community. Let us not let ourselves be taken distant from the pride and joy of belonging to the Church of Christ.
Our national witch – Adam Mickiewicz – wrote in the 3rd part of “Dziads”: Our nation like lava, Out cold and hard, dry and filthy, But the interior fire will not cool a 100 years; Let's spit on this shell and go deep.
AMEN"
Piotr Pieszczoch, PO AK, ORP

Our presence here is so many that our conscience is inactive delicate to the values which Saint John Paul II gave us that your conscience does not make you silent, but calls for us to come here and together in this symbolic, crucial place to appeal for respect for his dignity. If we let ourselves to teardrop out his teaching from our hearts, we will have problems looking for our future. It is no coincidence that present he is so powerfully attacked to destruct his authority. due to the fact that his teaching was besides great, besides uncomfortable for some.
