While all governments trust on expert advice, technocracy brought to extremes is contrary to typical democracy. In circumstances where especially the PiS supporters have become accustomed to the regulation of a powerful executive authority that ignores restrictions to accomplish its goals, it may be tempting to put the wisdom of fresh elites above the wisdom of the people.
