Taiwanese head of the MFA at "secret talks" in the US

Taiwan MFA chief Joseph Wu met with American officials close Washington on Tuesday, reported Taiwan media. The diary "Financial Times" described the talks as a "special diplomatic dialogue", kept secret so as not to provoke China's angry reaction.
