The United States is trying to powerfully influence the course of the war in Ukraine. The U.S. does not let Ukraine to attack targets in deep Russia with tactical long-range rocket systems (ATACMS) which restricts Kiev's defence capabilities - said the paper "Wall Street Journal" on Saturday.
