T. Friday: Nipples Ziobry with Russian contribution

resetobywatelski.pl 2 years ago

Donald Tusk called on the Law and Justice to set up an investigation committee to analyse the case. In retaliation, Zbigniew Ziobro reveals another statements of W., allegedly incriminating... Tusk's son. Does Ziobro play with Russians against Tusk and PO?

- I'm sorry. Ziobro publishes new, unknown statements by Marcin W., erstwhile associate of Mark Falenta;
- according to these statements, Falent and W. were to give a bribe of EUR 600,000 to Michał Tusk, boy of Donald Tusk;

- I'm sorry. Michał Tusk denies, and the prosecution itself does not respect bribe reports as credible;
- publication of incredible evidence about alleged bribery is simply a cynical attack by Ziobra on Donald Tusk, but not only;
- I'm sorry. Ziobro besides tries to discredit Marcin W. in the eyes of opposition and media;
- the aim is to deter public opinion from another statements by Marcin W., published by ‘Newsweek’;

- these statements indicate the Russians' engagement in the tape scandal that helped PiS take over;
- the analysis of facts leads to the conclusion that the tape scandal is simply a multilayered Russian provocation in which Falenta and Marcin W. were pawns;
- I'm sorry. Ziobro and PiS avoid the apparent question: how did the Russians influence that Michael Tusk appeared in Marcin W.'s testimony?

Since Sunday, the public has been acquainted with the evidence of Marcin W., erstwhile partner of Mark Falenta. Let us remind you: this is about the celebrated 2014 band scandal. So about illegal recordings made by waiters and managers of any Warsaw restaurants in 2010-2014. At the revealed recordings, politicians of the then pro-Western ruling camp, including Tusk's collaborators, are heard. Conversations sound vulgar, sometimes cynical. At the turn of 2013 and 2014, businessman Marek Falenta submitted recordings to the management of the PiS (every 5 years later she revealed “Electoral”). With the participation of Falenta, the content of the recordings went to the media. The scandal helped PiS win the election.
So many reminders. In the last “Newsweek”, Grzegorz Rodzikowski revealed another component of the scandal. This is evidence from Mark Falenty's associate, Marcin W. It says Falenta sold the footage to the Russians. This is about the people of the Siberian KTK mining company, who gave Falenta coal on loan. The company is associated with dignitaries of the Putin regime. According to W., the Russians received recordings from Falenta before their publication in Polish media.
So we have a spy thread in the evidence. However, the prosecutor's office does not research this topic, nor does the counterintelligence examine it - wrote Dziękkowski.

Movement and Retaliation

The statements of Marcin W. are picturesque and abound in delicious details. No wonder they get attention. Thanks to them, the infidels abruptly stopped doubting: here is yet tangible proof of the Russians' engagement in the band scandal! This is simply a powerful blow to the governing organization of the PiS, which came to power, among others, thanks to the publication of tapes.
In consequence to the publication of “Newsweek”, Donald Tusk convened a press conference. He recalled that Russian coal imports increased respective times during the PiS rule. Tusk linked this to a tape affair he called a carbon scandal. He besides called on Jarosław Kaczyński to set up an independent committee of enquiry to analyse the scandal and explain Russian PiS entanglements.

Retaliation didn't take long. Justice Minister and National Prosecutor Zbigniew Ziobro published another statements by Marcin W. The witness in them claims that he and Falenta donated 600 1000 euro... Michael Tusk, boy of Donald Tusk.

Hey, guys.

The net was flooded by a wave of hatred at Tusk elder and junior. Members of Solidary Poland, or the Ziobry party, immediately published the pre-prepared memes. The main function in them is the advertising bag from the Ladybug Market. For in specified a bag, the boy of Donald Tusk was to accept bills from Falenta and Marcin W. “He took a bribe!” they call online trolls.
Again “Tusk's fault”? This time, the erstwhile Prime Minister and his household are only 1 of the targets of the hunt. Hett besides hits Grzegorz Rodzikowski. The writer “Newsweek” and his readers are trying to deter themselves from examining the relationships of Russia and the Law and Justice.
Who takes the lead in attacks? specified dozens of PiS propaganda as Samuel Pereira and Caesary Gmyz. They're both on Twitter. “You did your fellow bear a favor. And so with Gierty you pushed to warm Marcin W..." wrote Pereira. "I think that Rodzikowski has done a good job" - he tries to iron the Gmyz and quotes Mickiewicz: "Stupid bear! if you were in a mother's house, The Army would never know about you."

Operation Ladybug

Who do the propaganda guys want to hit more? In Tuska or in Rodzikowski? Contrary to appearances, this second goal is as crucial as the first.
It must be remembered that only the most fierce PiS electorate believes in the Ladybug bag. Michał Tusk immediately denied the evidence of Marcin W. on alleged bribery. The territory lawyer of Ziebra didn't charge Tusk Jr. Although he had a communicative about a bribe in his bag since 2017. That's why Donald Tusk will endure a small little than it might seem. Only those who hatred Tuska will take a bag from Ladybug.

The full point is to present Marcin W. as an incredible witness. The point is to deter free media and opposition from the crucial subject of Russian engagement in the tape scandal.
This component of the affair is highly uncomfortable for PiS and Ziebra. The ruling coalition pretends to be the Kremlin's enemies. So she can't admit that the Kremlin helped her take over. “If you believe that we are allies of Russia, you must besides believe that Tusk has taken a bribe!” Ziobro calls us.

A thicket of evidence

The point is that Marcin W.'s evidence is only 1 of many evidences of his engagement in the Russian tape scandal. The most crucial ones are:
- recordings were first made at Lemongrass restaurant, founded by Andrzej Kisieliński, a erstwhile manager of the Russian fuel company Łukoil;
"Kisieliński was besides a business partner of Andrija Persona aka Kononenko, associated with Russian gangster Siemion Mogilewicz (who has been working with Kremlin services for decades);

- Oleg Jeremyev, a postgraduate of the Russian peculiar services college of the FSB, helped cover the wire tracks in Lemongrass;
- another listening restaurant of Owl & Friends founded the improvement managers of the Radius Group, indirectly linked to the Kremel oligarchs Andrey Skocz and Lw Kwietnoj.
The above facts were presented and documented already in 2019, in the book An alien alphabet. How the Kremlin and the PiS played the wiretaps. https://arbitror.pl/product/obvious_alphabetem/
To add, in 2020 Marek Falenta faced the Warsaw territory Court and testified that:
- operates under massive force from its Russian creditors;
- shortly before the recordings were published, he went to Russia to contact his contractors there;
- with the waiters of the listening restaurant Owl & Friends introduced him to billionaire Tomasz Misiak.
As a substance of fact, Bear Work Service made millions in Russia. On her website, she boasted that she was operating in all 5,000 stores belonging to the Kremlin oligarch Mikhail Fridman.
Another peculiar fact: shortly before the publication of “Newsweek” Tomasz Misiak was detained by the prosecutor. The subordinates of Zbigniew Ziobry charge Bear with fraud at Work Service. Who represents Bear in this case? lawyer Maciej Zaborowski, who was previously an attorney... Herbs. It looks like Zbigniew Ziobro was trying to force a deal on Thomas Bear. Is this arrangement expected to be about the tape scandal? How about Donald Tusk? Bear had to leave the PO erstwhile due to the fact that Tusk suspected him of corruption.

Frontman Falenta

So, what do Martin W.'s evidence bring?
Very much, although they do not make Mark Falenty the main link between the band affair and Russia.
The evidence gathered by Rodzikowski shows that the Russians participated in the tape scandal from the very beginning. Meanwhile, Falenta began to participate in it later. He was entrusted with the function of frontman. So individual who becomes the face of the affair, although not her brain.
Falenta's transmission of recordings to the Russians is part of this role. The Russians most likely had them and without Falenta. But they wanted us to believe otherwise. They wanted us to think it was Marek Falenta who came to them with the recordings.
What's the large deal? To shield the real operations coordinators. Those who operated between Warsaw restaurants and Moscow power salons before Falenta met waiters from Owl. Grzegorz Rodzikowski explained this in 1 of the Citizen Reset programs

He emphasized that Marcin W. should not be treated as Oracles, and his evidence should be referred to the context of the full case. Rodzikowski said this on Monday - while Ziobro began to effervescent us with a bag of Ladybugs and the credibility of the witness not until Wednesday.

A view of multilayered provocation

So the Ladybug bag is simply a bust. Blackmail: “If Russia participated in the scandal, Tusk is simply a briber!” does not work.
Moreover, the question of the credibility of Marcin W. is secondary. For this reason, the situation described by him - Falent passing the recordings to the Russians - was a mistake.
For the purposes of specified a deception, the Russians could actually arrange for the acquisition of recordings from Falenta. Arrange and document, e.g. movie Mark Falenta erstwhile she gives them media recordings. But they could have done it more simply, that is, utilizing Marcin W. himself and his testimony. They could have gotten him to attest to what he testified to.
Nevertheless, Marcin W.'s evidence about the Russians' engagement in the band scandal is of large value. As you can see, they uncover further layers of Russian provocation, which was beneficial to the PiS tape scandal.
It is so no wonder that the publication “Newsweek” caused a panic in the ruling coalition. Hence Ziobra's action, hence many scams and "contrarations" promoted by written propaganda.

The best evidence of her desperation is Samuel Pereira's tweets. The propagandist suggests that you can see the tentacles... of Washington. erstwhile opposition MP Isabella Lestin asked, “Who were the listening devices at the Owl & Friends restaurant?” Pereira tweeted in his reply: “From abroad? most likely the Americans, only that in this case the motivations were mainly business, just look at a full list of recorded, on which there are many non-politicists.”
I've been investigating a tape scandal for years. I didn't find any American leads anywhere. Unlike Russian, which you can see at all turn. Telling us that a western ally is illegally interfering with our politics and business can clearly service the Kremlin.

Russians vs. Tusk

Everything we know makes us ask the apparent question. What influence could the Russians have on the fact that Michael Tusk appeared in Marcin W.'s testimony? The boy of Donald Tusk, who was definitely on the side of Ukraine in 2014?
Ziobro and PiS don't ask that question. I'm certain they have reasons not to put it up.
