The Russian portal Izwiestia informs that the Russian army has decided to launch the operation of the base tanks T-14 based on the universal modular caterpillar platform Armata, in the region of the alleged peculiar military operation. This would aim to "defence" the occupied territories of Donbas in Ukraine.
