E-commerce entrepreneurs and financial institutions have been preparing for many months for major changes in the implementation of the alleged "fast returns" and the fresh Consumer Credit Act. All indicated that Poland would be able to implement EU regulations before the deadline set by the European Union, that is, by 19 June 2026. This means further delays and advanced uncertainty for the e-commerce, fintech and consumer finance markets.
