The parties to the agreement are the Danish Ministry for Defence buying and Logistics, the Swedish Defence Materials Agency and BAE Systems. It will produce 205 combat infantry wagons CV9035 MkIIIC, which will hit the equipment of Danish land troops (115 pieces), Sweden (50 pieces) and Ukraine (40 pieces). This is the consequence of a framework agreement signed at the end of last year on joint purchases for Ukraine of the said kind of vehicles by [Denmark and Sweden](https://defence24.pl/war-on-Ukraine-report-special-defence24/over-cv90-for-Ukraine-dease-and-Sweden-sign-under-agreement)(https://defence24.pl/war-on-Ukrainian-special-report-defence24/holandia-do-buy-cv90-for-Ukraine). The CV90 variant produced is akin to what is presently being implemented in the Dutch Army under the MLU programme.
