Sweden: Primary service no longer voluntary

Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, the Swedish perception of the geopolitical situation in Europe has changed diamondically. Submitting a NATO membership application with Finland, sending support to Ukraine, strengthening military relations with Alliance members. This can now be added to another element, namely the resumption of compulsory civic service (in civilian defence), which was limited after the end of the Cold War and the collapse of the russian Union, and suspended in 2008.
