According to SECO's findings, the Polish importer had a signed contract with the maker SwissP Defense, in which he undertook to sale ammunition only in Poland. However, ammunition was delivered to Ukraine, as confirmed by an investigation initiated after the publication of the US defence 1 portal in November 2023. SECO reported that the Polish company did not comply with the terms of the agreement, which violated Switzerland's export law.
