This is another gathering of Russian officials with the North Korean dictator. [In June of this year Vladimir Putin first visited North Korea for 24 years](https://defence24.pl/geopolitics/putin-in-korei-north-what-is-the-major-target-visit) where he was admitted by the government there with the highest honors. The 2 leaders then announced that their states were ready to "resist against the ambitions of the collective West". Putin's goal was to gain North Korean ammunition, weapons and workers needed to proceed the war in Ukraine.
