Head of EU diplomacy Kaja Kallas stated that fresh sanctions must be targeted at Russian banks, power companies, cryptocurrency exchanges and shadow fleet ships. As she said, drone attacks on Poland and Romania have shown that Russia is investigating the West, and if it senses weakness, it will continue.
