Chief of Norwegian civilian Defence: we request more shelters

The year 2026 was announced by the Norwegian government a year of return to the developed strategy of full defence since the 1940s. Following Russia's aggression into Ukraine, the previously existing recommendations on safety measures by the civilian population changed.
