The fresh thing was that the locals did not lie, they did not make up, they did not get distant with the answer – as they did before – but they just dropped the pollsters onto a tree. They had a reason for this: erstwhile Romanian elections were annulled, among others, due to the fact that their results diverged drastically from the polls, so polls ceased to be non-compulsive fun, and were treated as something of authoritative importance. Of course, this definitely lied to the customary declarations that polls were only statistics, undisclosed and not affecting the voting process, for they were just utilized for this.
Many people do not believe and are puzzled by this practice of questioning in front of the premises due to the fact that they have never been met; so who is expected to give these answers? I myself voted in all election since 1989, and in various places: in Warsaw, in the mountains and by the sea, and erstwhile – I will even boast – in the General Consulate of the Republic of Poland in fresh York (I voted for Palikot!), but no 1 always wanted to hear it from me. possibly the possible pollers in advance predicted that my candidates would lose anyway.
