Academic mobbing is usually written without an analysis of the specificity of this domain or individual examples without strategy conditions. However, there are cases of academic mobbing researchers who come to the same conclusions at the end of my investigation as I previously revealed without professional research. Apparently, their own experiences, taken under consideration, can completely replace years of survey and unreflective research. There are besides cases of mobbing researchers who After taking management positions into the academic domain, they undergo specified transformation that they themselves become mobbers. The experience gained from investigation is put into practice with success, but for evil, not for good. As a consequence of tests, mobbing does not decrease. Mobbing researchers don't destruct it.
Our strategy – as I have frequently argued – he's a mobbing friend (title system, almost feudal, strength of mobbing before habilitation, inbred, academic web, acceptance of the ethics of vile conduct). The introduction of mobbing into the law, the establishment of anti-mobbing committees, ombudsmen, mediators, someway did not reduce mobbing due to a defective system.
This plague continues and continues, and the ministry has no thought how to deal with it. But there are examples of removing dormitories even from advanced positions just for mobbing activities. This late happened to the dean of the Faculty of Political Sciences and global Studies from the University of Warsaw. With Dr. Daniel Przastek, prof. of the University of Warsaw, the employment relation was terminated on the initiative of the employer and the dean's office ceased after the findings of the rector commission. That's interesting. media material, not, for example, the Mobbing Committee, influenced fast decisions in this case whether the academic spokesperson (ombudsman) operating at the University of Warsaw. It is clear that the power of these instances is poor, as I predicted, erstwhile I advocated years ago the establishment of akin institutions, but independent of the authorities at universities, for example Center for Academic Mediation. The Ministry needed 20 years to yet discover that "anti-mobbing committees should be called outside university staff".
