The bail strategy returns to Poland. Is this a chance for a breakthrough in waste management?

On 1 October a bailout strategy will be introduced in Poland. This means that in stores you will be able to return plastic bottles, glass bottles and cans, and in return you will be able to recover your previously collected bail. At the start, it will include shops with an area of more than 200 m2. This will be a test for the full circular economy industry, which is facing financial and organisational problems.
