Syrian rebels: "We defeated Bashar al-Assad's regime. We have released all prisoners"

The rebels stressed that the city was “released” and that all political prisoners were released. The opposition leader Ahmad al-Shara (al-Joulani) called on militants to defend state institutions as the common good of the nation.
