Officers from the Border defender Service in Katowice-Pyrzowice detained another 4 foreigners, citizens of Syria, who tried to sneak into Poland.
On Thursday (26 October), Border defender officers from the SG-Pyrzowice Station in Katowice conducted a check on the legality of their stay against passengers who arrived from Athens.
Three women (aged 25, 32 and 63) and 1 male (25-year-old) showed Polish, Hungarian and Austrian identity cards and a Hungarian passport during the registration. They were all exposed to Polish names. After the analysis of the documents, it was revealed that they were all counterfeited in the first pattern. no of the papers are listed in the databases as lost. In view of the fact that there is simply a legitimate suspicion of committing a crime of illegal crossing the border utilizing deception and usage of falsified documents, foreigners have been detained. Further work is presently underway.
