Sybiha in NATO: Ukraine is almost 40% self-sufficient

Head of Ukrainian diplomacy Andry Sybiha said on Thursday at NATO office in Brussels that Ukraine presently spends 26% of the defence budget and increased the production of the national defence industry. "We are almost 40% self-sufficient and we can increase these numbers" - he assured.
