Switzerland blocks Leopardy for Ukraine [COMMENTARY]

The Swiss government prevented the export of Leopard 1 ex-Italian tanks to Germany, where they were to be repaired before being sent to Ukraine. According to Bloomberg, Berno justifies the refusal of neutrality policy and applicable regulations. The case raises quite a few controversy and doubts.
